-You retain ownership of your child's data. We have a license to host and process it so the app can show schedules, history and digests back to you.
-Liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 12 months - standard for App Store apps and consistent with consumer protection in your country of residence.

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using Baby Soma, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You are responsible for your use of the App and for any content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without our written permission.

3. Medical Disclaimer

THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE.

The content, including AI-generated advice, sleep schedules, and growth spurt information, is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You represent that you are the legal guardian of the child whose data you enter into the App.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may suspend, limit or terminate accounts at our sole discretion in cases of abuse, fraud, manipulation of promotions or the referral program (including purchases followed by systematic refunds), automated or fake accounts, or other violations of these terms.
Rewards, bonuses and discounts granted under promotional or referral programs are not money, have no cash value, and may be withheld or revoked at our discretion if we detect abuse.
Rewards granted for social-media activities (posts, videos, reviews) require the published content to remain publicly available for at least 30 days. If the content is deleted or hidden earlier, the granted reward and the related Premium access may be revoked.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium Subscription: Baby Soma offers auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") with weekly, monthly, and annual plans.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baby Soma and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or personal injury, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
